Cancellation and Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.

There will be no reverse pick up done for returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to re-ship the product to the seller.
The cost for the same is reimbursed up to Rs.99/-.

Exchanges: Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.

We request you to securely pack the products you wish to return and send the package to the same address as on the invoice of the shipment that you received.
 
Return Intimation: You can either call us at 9831676193 or Email Us at info@shoehut.in within 10 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Care by email.

Guidelines for a valid return:

  • We do not accept returns for goods that are used/worn.
  • We only accept returns of unworn goods or goods just used for trial purpose to check the fittings/size.
  • Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition packed in Shoe Box.
  • Tags should be retained and returned
  • Once you have sent the goods, kindly inform us the courier name and its receipt number, so that we can track the same.

CANCELLATION POLICY

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

REFUND  POLICY

Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the product intact (good condition).

Worn/Used shoes or goods, shall be re-shipped and no refund will be allowed for the same.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

MODE OF REFUND

For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
